Very soft, medium weight fabric ( composite unknown, probably a mix).
Shirt waister, button front style, short dolman, cuffed sleeves, with flared skirt.
Side placket zipper and self fabric belt, with covered buckle.
Deep wine red shade with blue, green and gold paisley.
